My Nickname

                             Nickname  

I have 3 nicknames. My family calls me Crys . Sometimes my mum and dad call me Monkey because I love to climb. I am sometimes called Turtle because I can be very slow.

I like the nick name Crys because it is the beginning of my name.

             Top Team                            

  Last Wednesday 18 November we had Top Team come to our school. 

In my team  there was Paige J, Lauren, Michael, Andre and myself. We did lots of fun actives except the ski one. First we had to put our feet into two different coloured skis. Then we had to pick a leader, who then called out what colour ski to lift and move all our legs at the same time. It was the first team to cross the finish line and back again. We didn't do very well at this.

My favorite one was the water activity. Where we had two teams competed against each other. You had to pick two people to grab a bucket of water each. Then they had to carry it back to  their pipe where the team members were waiting for you to pour the water in. But the pipe had holes in it. So the other team members had to put their fingers over the holes to stop the water coming out.  It was the first team to make the ball come to the top of the pipe. We got got soaking wet, but I really loved it.

  I was scared on my first day at South Hornby School but I have done my very BEST.

I have come from Sheffield School. I will DO my g.h.w (my good hard work).                                            

The best thing about being at South Hornby School is the Bird house and the playground+the old tree stumps

The hardest thing about coming to South Hornby School is I have no friends. No nature because at my old school I was in the country. I miss my old friends from Sheffield and there are no lambs to see. No cows to see.

I am looking forward to camp  yay yay yay.

The big slurp is when the whole school makes a mask like this and drinks milk. In the picture on the L  it says wear your cow mask for your big slurp photo and on the R it says hey kids color me in and cut me out moo!
